Welcome!

I am a Climenko Fellow and Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School and a Ph.D. Candidate in Politics at Princeton University. My research focuses on the law’s ability and limits in promoting police accountability in comparative contexts. Specifically, I use social science methods to explore and evaluate how various legal institutions intersect with the institutional dynamics of law enforcement to regulate police behaviors.

I previously practiced at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York. I am a registered attorney in New York and have received China’s National Judicial Qualification Certificate after passing the National Judicial Examinations of China. I received my J.D. from Yale Law School and my B.A. from Mount Holyoke College.
